[Haifux] "Windows-Free" laptops in Haifa

A year ago I have purchased a Dell laptop with "free dos" from Noa
Computers  (www.noacomp.co.il) in Nesher and we've installed Linux on it by
ourselves.  As far as I know, Dell offers this for some of its models.
