<div dir="ltr">A year ago I have purchased a Dell laptop with "free dos" from Noa Computers (<a href="http://www.noacomp.co.il">www.noacomp.co.il</a>) in Nesher and we've installed Linux on it by ourselves. As far as I know, Dell offers this for some of its models.<br>

</div>Buy the laptop with Vista, then get a Windows refund. Make sure that<br>
you take pictures of the first boot and take pictures of you declining<br>
the MS licence. That's what I did (in January 2007) but I never<br>
applied for the refund.<br>
