[Haifux] Router question

1) Did you try to connect to a controlled host so you can verify if the
problem is not with big IP packets ?
2) it is possible they are blocking inbound connections to these ports...
but outbound? also,  5228 android port is blocked ?
WEIRD indeed.

Have you also contacted Bezeqint ?
