[Haifux] Ctrl-c Ctrl-v behaviour when using hebrew keyboard on ubuntu/gnome

The solution for KDE is quite simple :

System Settings -> Keyboard and mouse -> Keyboard Shortcuts -> Application
Shortcut
And change the alternate shortcut to the Hebrew one (Ctrl-C -> Ctrl-ב)
