The solution for KDE is quite simple :<br><br>System Settings -> Keyboard and mouse -> Keyboard Shortcuts -> Application Shortcut <br>And change the alternate shortcut to the Hebrew one (Ctrl-C -> Ctrl-ב)<br><br>

shortcuts everywhere.<br>

I'm forced to old old-school Ctrl-Ins/Shift-Ins :(<br>
