CTO for a pre-seed company


A technological venture in the making, developing Decision Support
Systems for the Capital Markets, is looking for a CTO.

Requirements:

Professional:

- Product architecture & design
- Familiarity with a variety of programming tools
- Familiarity with databases
- Handling large quantities of data and real time calculations
- Proven experience in leading development teams
- Advantage: Experience with financial software / systems / products

Education:

- B.Sc. in computer sciences, or equivalent, from a recognized institution.

Personal:

- Management ability & experience
- Mature, balanced, hard-working, independent, flexible, passionate
- Good people skills
