My name is Flora Kang who is in charge of collecting participants of an open<br>
source software competition.<br>

The Ministry of Knowledge Economy (MKE) of the Korean government hosts Open<br>
Source Software World Challenge 2011<br>

: USD $25,000 in total will be awarded to winners in the international<br>
division.<br>

We do hope there will be many participants around the globe.<br>

Though I know it's very rude of me to bother you, we would feel highly<br>
honored to have your students as our participants.<br>

International participants are exclusively allowed to submit any open source<br>
software developed within one year, even if they got a prize from another<br>
competition with it.<br>

In addition, even more than one year old project can be accepted by our<br>
