[Haifux] RaaS (CDP / OS) projects

Hello all,

We (Assaf Schuster, Ahuva Mu'alem  and I) are opening a new group for the
CDP project/ OS project this semester. All projects are related to the
Resource-as-a-Service cloud. They are especially suitable for students
seeking a thesis topic dealing with game theory,  systems and clouds.

color scheme :)

Those of you who teach or TA relevant course - I would be grateful if you
could point your students to the project proposals.
