[Haifux] [W2l] Idea: "Welcome to Open Source" instead of "Welcome to Linux" this year

IMHO, we should also pay a careful attention to how the title will sound in
Hebrew.
I suggest:
ברוכים הבאים לעולם של תוכנה חופשית
