[Haifux] Open call for projects by ISOC-IL

Dear all,

The Israeli branch of ISOC has issued another call for FOSS projects.
The project has to be FOSS with a local flavor (either code which will
be released as FOSS or content which will be released as
CreativeCommons).

Submission deadline: 15/September
