[Haifux] Ctrl-c Ctrl-v behaviour when using hebrew keyboard on ubuntu/gnome

I do not experience this problem. Copying with a Hebrew keyboard works fine
on my computer, in gnome applications, except in firefox where there is an
old known bug <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=69230> on this.
