Once we have established that the kernel can use the card, we need to add user programs to call the kernel API and use the card.
For this, we need isdn4k-utils.
This package comes with most distributions (like Red-Hat) so you don't need to install it. But if you don't have it you need to download it from a linux downloads site (like: http://www.freshmeat.net) if you download the RPM version it will be easier to install it. If you want more options in the installation download the .tar.gz version.
