Zone Language - Other Types Of Lines

• There may be a Link lines, to specify an alternate name for a time zone.
• There may be Leap lines, to specify a "jump" in time on a given date (e.g. a second is added on a given date, to compensate for the difference between the movements of the sun and the moon).
